    Click ‘CONTINUE SHOPPING’ if you are intending to shop further.

    When you done with your shopping, proceed to ‘SHOPPING BAG’ button on top of the page, click ‘PROCEED CHECK OUT’ and input your detail information. If you are already registered, you can log in with your email address and enter your password, so your order will be automatically recorded in your account.

    For a first time shopper, simply fill in your details to Register

  4. Select Payment Methods

    Please select your payment method: Bank Transfer to our Indonesia Bank account or by 2Checkout.

  5. Confirm Order

    You will receive an Email containing the Invoice and all the payment details along your order information.

  6. Pay Order

    We accept Bank Transfers, Paypal and all major credit/debit cards. Paypal and credit/debit payments are processed through 2checkout.

  7. Confirm Payment

    Once you have completed with your payment, please fill the Payment Confirmation form. You can find the ‘PAYMENT CONFIRMATION’ link on our website or click here. NOTE: Confirm Payment is only for Bank Transfers payment method.

    After payment is confirmed we will process your order and ship your item.

    NOTE: Maximum period for confirming the item will be 2X24 hours or your order will be automatically cancelled.


Why you need to set up an account to shop with us?

Setting up an account will allow you to order without having to fill in your details every time you shop with us, and will give you benefits such as order tracking, regular newsletters regarding our annual event and special discount.

Domestic Orders: Please allow up to 1 - 5 working days for shipping depending on the destination cities (Certain distant cities might added more days).

International Orders: Please allow 5 - 15 working days for international shipping.

Orders are shipped daily Monday through Friday. Payment confirmation received on weekends and holidays will be checked on the next business day.

We will deliver your purchased item(s) once we have received invoiced full amount transfer.

PLEASE NOTE: We're unable to ship if problems occurred regarding the payment. You will be sent an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched with tracking information.


We try our best to deliver all domestic and international orders as soon as possible. As all our products is custom manufactured, our average time of delivery is 5 days from confirmation of payments


We ship Worldwide. Flat rate for all domestic & International destination shipments. Our flat rate ships to all Domestic Destinations, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, Taiwan and Hong Kong. International rates may change based on exchanged rate. Shipping cost will appear together with your total after check out. For other destinations, please contact us at for more information for shipping costs.

Please note : Our shipping rate is based on volume weight as every package from our webstore are send out in special packaging to keep the dress in good condition


We are not responsible in risk of loss of the merchandise after courier service delivers to the address.

We do not take responsibility if the courier service cannot deliver the package in time due to incomplete address, misspelled address or no recipient at the address. Please check your shipping code in your email and call their customer serviceto deal with the problem. We will help as much as we can on our side.


Once your order has been shipped via JNE(domestic) and Rayspeed(International), you will receive an automated e-mail with your tracking information. Your tracking information can also be found by logging into your account and viewing your orders history.


Customer satisfaction is our priority. We want you to love shopping online as much as we do, and understands when something arrives and doesn't meet your expectations. If something isn't right, please email us at and we'll do our best to fix it! Kindly be noted that we only accept return or refund for items with manufacturing Defects or Alteration. Please note that for Alteration services, a charge of IDR 50,000 and all shipping costs will be charged to the customer.

  • The items have to be in perfect condition with internal labels intact.
  • Returns & Exchanges are only for manufacturing defects.
